Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic HR Partnering:
   
• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
• Understand business objectives and provide HR solutions to drive performance.
2. Employee Engagement & Retention:
   
• Develop and implement engagement strategies to enhance employee morale.
• Conduct employee surveys and create action plans to address concerns.
3. Talent Management:
   
• Oversee performance management, succession planning, and career development.
• Identify and develop high-potential talent within the organization.
4. Recruitment & Workforce Planning:
   
• Collaborate with the talent acquisition team for hiring needs.
• Plan workforce requirements based on current and future organizational needs.
5. Change Management:
   
• Support business leaders in driving organizational change initiatives.
• Communicate and manage resistance to change effectively.
6. Policy Implementation:
   
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Create and update HR policies as per organizational and legal requirements.
7. Employee Relations:
   
• Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and resolve issues promptly.
• Foster a culture of fairness, inclusion, and diversity.
8. Learning & Development:
   
• Identify training needs and work with the L&D team to implement relevant programs.
• Drive leadership development initiatives.
