Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
  • Source and attract candidates through various channels, such as job portals, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate new employee onboarding activities, including preparing employment contracts, conducting orientation programs, and ensuring smooth integration into the company and ensure that all the information remains confidential.
  • Manage and process the remuneration aspects of the employees which includes their compensation, perks, incentives, benefits, issuing payslips etc.
  • Procurement of stationary and other consumables for office use.
  • Process and monitor bills of utilities of the office like telephone, mobile, electricity etc.
  • Ensure proper housekeeping, security & safety of the office premises.
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities, employee recognition programs, and employee surveys.
  • Monitor employee morale and address any issues or concerns, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Assist in the implementation of performance management systems, including setting performance goals, conducting performance evaluations, and providing feedback to employees.
  • Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws and company guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant labor legislation, such as employment contracts, leave policies, working hours, and workplace health and safety.
  • Maintain employee records, update HR databases, and prepare HR-related reports as required.
  • Identify, Coordinate and facilitate training programs, workshops, and other learning initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Address employee grievances and mediate conflict resolution between employees or departments.
  • Lesioning with govt. authorities and satisfactory responses to their inquiries.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to improve retention strategies.


Required Skills:

  • Sound knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in using HR software, Microsoft Office, and other sales productivity tools.
