Hr Executive And Generalist

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to gather and verify payroll solution data.
• Generate payroll reports, address discrepancies, and provide timely resolution to payroll-related queries.
• Process payroll transactions, including salary adjustments, bonuses, and deductions.
• Stay updated on tax regulations and compliance requirements related to payroll processing
• Preparation & Submission of Statutory Returns under various Statutory Laws
• Compliance with all Statutory requirement under various Labor Laws such as PF, ESI etc within the timeline.
• Generate payroll reports and forward to the Accounts for timely payment as well as to the managers/management as and when needed for decision-making.
• Handle employee grievances about salaries as well as other issues.
• Preparing of Full & Final settlements for resigned employees
  

Preferred candidate profile

1. MBA in HR & should have Experience of 2-3 Years in Payroll & HR compliances Specialist

2. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.

3. Strong knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and Labour laws.

4. Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking and should be a result-oriented person
