Role Overview:
The Admission Counsellor at ARCA GIIS will play a vital role in guiding prospective students and their parents through the admission process. You'll be responsible for effectively communicating and supporting parents and students with all aspects of the admissions journey.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Engage with Prospective Students and Parents: Provide clear information about admission procedures through phone calls, emails, messages and face-to-face meetings.
• Assist and Guide Families: Support parents and students throughout the admission process, answering their queries and helping them complete necessary documentation.
• Convert Inquiries to Admissions: Achieve admissions targets by converting inquiries into confirmed admissions through engaging and informative interactions.
• Evaluate Applications: Review student applications to ensure eligibility and meet academic qualifications.
• Manage Admission Files: Organize applicant and inquiry files, ensuring accurate updates and timely communication with the senior management team.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Respond to Inquiries Efficiently: Manage the main admissions email account, responding promptly and accurately to all inquiries.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Education or a relevant field.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Admissions Experience: Previous experience in educational admissions is preferred, with the ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and staff.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications, including email.
• Independent and Proactive: Ability to work independently with a proactive approach to tasks.
