Requirement & Qualification

• 4+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably within the IT industry or technology sector
• Educational Qualification: Any Degree with Post graduation in Human Resource Management (MSW/ MBA/MA in Human Resources)
• Comprehensive experience of HR pillars: talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, training, and compliance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Expertise in building organizational policy and SOPs
• Proven success experience in talent acquisition.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with top management to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives.
• Design and implement HR policies and procedures, employee handbooks, and SOPs to establish and reinforce organizational standards.
• Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of talent.
• Develop strategies to attract, hire, and retain top-tier candidates.
• Proactively address employee relations issues and conflicts, providing guidance and support to managers and employees as needed.
• Effectively managing performance management programs.
• Coordinate training and development programs for employees, identifying skill gaps and learning needs within the department.
• Implementing best practices and policies
• Manage payroll processing in collaboration with the finance team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through engagement initiatives and communication channels.
