Roles & Responsibilities

Industrial Relations (IR):

• Manage industrial relations for our Head Office, Warehouse, and on-site visits as needed to maintain a cohesive work environment.
• Oversee registrations, license renewals, and compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Maintain statutory forms and registers, ensuring they are accurate and audit-ready.

Audits:

• Conduct monthly HR audits at the Head Office and Warehouse, addressing any discrepancies to ensure operational excellence.
• Work with department heads to implement corrective actions from audit findings.

Manpower Planning & Budgeting:

• Plan and manage manpower needs for HO and Warehouse, aligning with business growth and seasonal requirements.
• Prepare and monitor HR budgets to maintain financial alignment.

HR MIS Reports:

• Develop and analyze HR MIS reports, providing valuable insights to management for workforce planning.
• Track and report on key HR metrics, ensuring data accuracy for strategic decisions.

Contract Staff Lifecycle Management:

• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of contract staff, from onboarding to exit, ensuring smooth transitions.
• Liaise with staffing agencies for hiring and manage contract staff performance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR role, with exposure to industrial relations and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance standards.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office, especially Excel for reporting.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong experience in Industrial Relations (IR), particularly in handling Head Office, Warehouse, and store visits as required on need basis.
