Job Description:
We are looking for dynamic Customer Service Executives to join our team for handling international customer queries via chat. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries through live chat in a timely and professional manner
• Resolve issues and provide accurate product/service information
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Escalate issues when necessary to appropriate departments

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English
• Prior experience in customer service (preferably international chat support)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible to work in shifts
