Responsible for Customer's Issue

Mode of communication will be voice

Meeting the basic scores & compliance

Maintain the basic work hygiene

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates should be from Kolkata if not the relocation acceptable, with a rental agreement

Should not have request for leave in 1st 3 months

Should be polite & Co-operatable

Should be comfortable with 24*7 Shift (For female 7AM-8PM any 9 hours.)

English & Hindi or Bengali or Odia - 15K CTC - 12K In-hand

Odia & Hindi - 14.5K CTC - 11.5K In-hand

Assamese & Hindi or English - 18K CTC - 14.5 In-hand

Hindi & Bengali - 13K CTC - 10.5K In-Hand
