Job Title: Executive/Sr. Executive Talent Acquisition

Job Type: Full-time


Key Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing and Screening (20%):

  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods including job boards, social media, referrals, and vendor partnerships to attract and engage qualified candidates for sales positions within the BPO sales process.
  • Review resumes and applications, and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' suitability for further consideration.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.

2. Timely Delivery of Batches (20%):

  • Partner with hiring managers and team leaders to forecast staffing needs and prioritize recruitment efforts accordingly.
  • Develop and maintain recruitment pipelines to ensure a steady flow of candidates to meet hiring goals.
  • Proactively identify and address any challenges or delays in the recruitment process to ensure timely delivery of batches.

3. Quality of Hiring to Reduce Early Stage Attrition (20%):

  • Work closely with HR and training teams to understand factors contributing to early stage attrition and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Implement best practices for candidate assessment, including behavioral interviews, skills assessments, and reference checks.
  • Analyze hiring data and feedback to continuously improve recruitment processes and reduce early stage attrition rates.

4. On-Time Closures of Support Profiles (20%):

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing requirements for support profiles such as team leaders, quality analysts, subject matter experts, and trainers.
  • Develop tailored recruitment plans to fill support positions within specified timelines while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to streamline the recruitment and onboarding process for support profiles.

5. Compliance and Audits (20%):

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of recruitment activities, including candidate records, interview notes, and compliance-related documentation.
  • Prepare for and participate in audits conducted by internal or external stakeholders, providing necessary documentation and information as required.

Additional Details:

  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Alternate Saturdays off.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the BPO or sales industry.
  • Proven track record of sourcing and hiring high-quality candidates within specified timelines.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including candidate assessment techniques and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.
