Job Title: Business Human Resource - Executive/Sr. Executive/Officer (Employee Relations)

Job Summary: The Business Human Resource (HR) Executive/Sr. Executive/Officer specializing in Employee Relations plays a crucial role in reducing attrition rates within the assigned Line of Business (LOB). This role involves analyzing attrition trends, identifying key drivers, and implementing strategies to address them effectively. Additionally, the role encompasses employee listening initiatives, policy awareness workshops, hygiene issue management, employee engagement activities, performance management, and maintaining various trackers and HR-related documentation. The goal is to enhance employee satisfaction, productivity, and overall organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Retention:

  • Analyze attrition trends within the assigned LOB or Absentee Calling department.
  • Identify reasons for attrition and develop action plans to address key drivers effectively.
  • Implement an Early Warning System to monitor and review attrition on a monthly basis.
  • Support operations in controlling attrition by devising strategies to mitigate separation trends.

Employee Listening:

  • Conduct skip sessions, one-on-one meetings, and address employee grievances effectively.
  • Organize policy awareness workshops to ensure understanding and compliance among employees.
  • Facilitate new hire induction programs to integrate new employees into the organization effectively.

Hygiene Issues and Survey:

  • Ensure timely resolution of queries, grievances, and escalations across processes.
  • Conduct investigations in employee grievance/disciplinary cases and take necessary actions.
  • Manage employee benefits such as salaries, PF, ESIC, and mediclaim grievances.

Employee Engagement:

  • Assist in planning and implementing Employee Engagement and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities.
  • Develop an Employee Engagement calendar to schedule activities throughout the year.
  • Implement initiatives aimed at improving productivity, satisfaction, discipline, and morale within the Ops cluster.
  • Conduct or facilitate Recognition and Reward (RNR) programs to acknowledge employee contributions.

Performance Management:

  • Track and follow up on performance issues, disciplinary issues, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
  • Maintain various trackers including Internal Job Postings (IJP), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAP/DAP), and Attrition Analysis.
  • Monitor employee adherence to policies and procedures through the EE adherence tracker.
  • Manage the HR budget and ensure optimal utilization of resources.

Documentation and Administration:

  • Update employee records, including new joiner bank details and induction in the Myhr system.
  • Maintain an HR escalation matrix for addressing employee concerns and issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR, particularly in employee retention and engagement roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is desirable.
