Role & responsibilities

✅ Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Finding and hiring the right talent.
✅ Employee Relations Managing workplace conflicts, grievances, and engagement.
✅ HR Compliance & Labor Laws Ensuring adherence to employment laws and company policies.
✅ Payroll & Benefits Management Handling salaries, benefits, and compensation packages.
✅ Performance Management Designing appraisal systems, feedback mechanisms, and career development plans.

Preferred candidate profile

🎓 Education:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

📆 Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management.
• Experience in Automobile Industry is preferred.

💻 Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in HR software (e.g., Workday, SAP, BambooHR).
• Understanding of labor laws and compliance regulations.
• Experience with HR analytics and reporting.
