Tubetech Industries is excited to announce an opportunity for fresh graduates to join our Graduate Program 24/25 in various departments: Engineering, Development, Purchase, Accounts, Quality, Human Resources, and Production. This structured and dynamic 3 months program offers you a comprehensive learning experience and exposure to different business functions, preparing you for future leadership roles, within our organization.

Demonstration of good aptitude and ability to learn things quickly will result in a permanent offer from the company.

Roles & Responsibilities by Department

1. Engineering

Role: Graduate Engineer Trainee
Responsibilities:

• Assist in design, development, and testing of products and systems.
• Perform root cause analysis and provide solutions for technical issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product improvement and new technology integration.
• Prepare detailed engineering reports and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in engineering projects.

2. Purchase

Role: Graduate Purchase Trainee
Responsibilities:

• Assist in supplier evaluation and negotiation processes.
• Source, select, and procure raw materials and components based on project requirements.
• Track and monitor purchase orders, delivery schedules, and supplier performance.
• Maintain procurement documentation and records.
• Work closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.

3. Accounts

Role: Graduate Accounts Trainee
Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Support the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Perform reconciliations of bank accounts and other financial transactions.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company accounting policies.
• Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis.

4. Quality

Role: Graduate Quality Trainee
Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality inspections and audits for incoming materials and finished products.
• Identify quality issues and assist in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
• Maintain and update quality management system (QMS) documentation.
• Work on process improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.

5. Production

Role: Graduate Production Trainee
Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day production activities and shop floor operations.
• Monitor and control production processes to meet targets and timelines.
• Identify and troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for production planning and process optimization.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards on the production floor.

6. HR

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Handle employee engagement initiatives and grievance resolution under guidance.
• Contribute to performance appraisal processes and training development plans.
• Assist in policy development, implementation, and compliance monitoring.
• Participate in strategic HR projects, such as employer branding and organizational development initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

• Fresh graduates with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Commerce, Finance, Supply Chain, or related disciplines).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to various business functions.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
