Urgent Hiring :Assistant Manager - FPA

Location : Malad

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead as an Analyst for the client program by monitoring calls, chats, and emails to detect process gaps and potential exploits.
• Analyze reports and design audit plans for flawless security checks.
• Review and interpret client and agent-level activities to identify anomalies and fraud risks.
• Develop and share detailed reports and dashboards based on audit findings.
• Escalate any critical observations to the appropriate departments without delay.
• Conduct comprehensive Security Risk Assessments.
• Oversee day-to-day FPA delivery audits, providing insights based on your assessments.
• B&M hybrid shift in Malad Mumbai but should be prepared to come to office on all days in case its a business requirement.
• He should be a Graduate.

Other requirements:

• Strong Technical knowledge
• Good hold on Microsoft Office tools and application PowerPoint and excel use are critical
• Display professional positive service-oriented attitude and ability to think out of the box
• Analytical and presentation skills
• Well versed with the program product knowledge
• Excellent Understanding
• Coaches and counsel agents as necessary
• Should have team handling experience
