Job Description:

We are recruiting candidates who can speak Hindi & English for leading - National Banks.

Below are the Roles and Responsibilities:

Candidates with Six-month experience preferable - Freshers can also apply, salary will be 21K CTC to 25K CTC per month (depending on interview skills).

We prefer candidates from B.com stream who are familiar and are interested to work and build their career in the BFSI Industry, however candidates from other streams also can apply.

Roles & Responsibilities:

* Primary responsibility is to increase the revenue of Bank; Customer Support executive will address the concerns if any raised by the customer and assist them to resolve it over phone.

* Outbound Process- Calling existing and potential customers to explain the features of the products and services.

* Sales target

* Pitching the products and services of Bank to potential customer over a call and generate business for the Bank.

* Excellent Communication in English and Hindi

* Graduation mandatory.

Work Specifics:

* 6 Days working/ Rotational Week Off.

* 8 Hours Shift- Day Shift

* Fresher and experienced candidates both can Apply

* Language - Hindi Mandatory with English Communication

* Location - Ambattur- Ambit IT Park.
