Python Developer | Chennai | Immediate joiners

Role & responsibilities

Required • 5 years of experience with Web Development: Expertise in Flask or similar framework (e.g. Django). • 5 years of experience with the Structured Query Language (SQL). • 2 years of experience with Data Science or Machine Learning using python • 2 years of experience with desktop applications in python. • 4 years of experience supporting and troubleshooting web and unix based applications. • 4 years of experience working with XML, JSON, REST API, WebServices. • 3 years of experience with development teamwork. • 2 years of experience using git repositories. Desired: • 2 years of experience in developing rich dynamic cross-browser web experiences using HTML 5, CSS 3, Angular/React/Vue. • Python testing tools (pytest) and test automation. • 2 years of experience in multi-browser and mobile device application design and development. • Experience with creation of BASH, TAR and DEB installation packages.

Preferred candidate profile

Required: • Proficient in Python. • Understanding of cloud services such as AWS, Azure. • Strong hands-on experience in SQL databases (SQL Syntax, Stored Procedures and Functions). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • General programming best practices, including proper use of Git/Jira. • Knowledge of web application security. • Experience with one or more of the following technologies: MVC, HTML5, CSS, jQuery, JSON, Bootstrap. • Experience creating applications as Linux Cron Services. Desired: • Demonstrated leadership skills. • Web Frameworks like Flask / Django.
