Role Overview

As a Senior Python Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying APIs for mobile applications. You will be responsible for ensuring that APIs are secure, scalable, and optimized for performance. Your expertise in deploying APIs on cloud, Windows, or Linux environments will be crucial in this role.

Role & responsibilities

• API Development: Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs to support mobile applications.
• Cloud Deployment: Deploy and manage APIs in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Platform Deployment: Handle API deployment on Windows and Linux servers.
• Code Optimization: Ensure code quality through best practices, including testing, debugging, and optimization.
• Collaboration: Work closely with front-end developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand and meet project requirements.
• Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive API documentation.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve API-related issues promptly.
• Security: Implement robust security measures to safeguard API endpoints.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: 8+ years of professional experience as a Python Developer.
• API Expertise: Strong experience in designing, developing, and deploying APIs.
• Cloud Skills: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Platform Knowledge: Proficient in deploying and managing APIs on Windows and Linux environments.
• Frameworks: Expertise in Python frameworks such as Flask, Django, or FastAPI.
• Database Skills: Proficient with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• Version Control: Familiarity with Git and other version control systems.

• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
