Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and maintaining strong client relationships all from the comfort of the office. This role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a strong understanding of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers via calls.
• Identify and qualify leads through outbound and inbound communication.
• Present and explain products/services to clients, addressing their needs and objections.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing and field sales teams for a seamless customer experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and company products/services.

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive approach.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a client-focused mindset.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and call management systems.
• Basic understanding of the market or a willingness to learn.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications:

• Graduate/Undergraduate can apply.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in tele-sales, customer service.
• Fluency in English and regional languages is an added advantage.
