• Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for administrative tasks.
• Assist in preparing documentation for internal and external ISO audits.
• Implement corrective actions and improvements based on audit findings.
Documentation & Compliance
• Maintain accurate records of office expenses and administrative documents.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Assist in the preparation and management of reports, contracts, and agreements.
Logistics & Travel Coordination
• Manage travel bookings, accommodation, and transportation for employees as required.
• Oversee the management of company vehicles and fleet operations.
Procurement & Vendor Management
• Identify and liaise with vendors for office supplies, services, and other operational needs.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effective procurement.
Security & Safety
• Ensure adherence to workplace safety regulations and company security policies.
• Coordinate with security personnel and handle emergency protocols if needed.
