Position Overview:

As a Senior HR Recruiter at TechOrbit Solutions Private Limited, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to meet our organizations staffing needs. This position requires 5-7 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, staffing, and vendor management. You will have the opportunity to lead recruitment initiatives, mentor junior team members, and contribute to the overall growth of the HR function within a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Candidate Sourcing and Screening:

  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage potential candidates across various platforms.
  • Conduct thorough initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring accurate records and compliance with data management policies.

2. End-to-End Recruitment Process:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless process.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, conduct reference checks, and facilitate the offer negotiation process.

3. Staffing and Workforce Management:

  • Develop and implement staffing strategies to meet organizational goals, including temporary and permanent placements.
  • Analyze workforce trends and collaborate with management to forecast staffing needs.
  • Support the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization.

4. Vendor Management:

  • Partner with external recruitment agencies and vendors to source candidates for specialized roles or high-volume hiring needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality of service.
  • Monitor vendor performance and provide feedback to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

5. Data Management and Reporting:

  • Maintain recruitment metrics and generate regular reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of optimization.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management to enhance recruitment strategies.

6. Candidate Experience and Engagement:

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and constructive feedback throughout the hiring process.
  • Develop and implement candidate engagement strategies to maintain interest and enthusiasm throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Gather feedback from candidates post-interview to continuously improve the recruitment process.

7. Team Collaboration and Leadership:

  • Mentor and guide junior recruiters, providing training and support to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align recruitment efforts with organizational objectives.
  • Participate in HR initiatives and projects to enhance the overall effectiveness of the HR function.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and staffing roles.
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes, staffing best practices, and vendor management.
  • Proven experience in contract negotiation and managing external recruitment agencies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
