Manager -Talent Acquisition

The Manager Talent Acquisition at Zee Learn Limited will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive hiring strategies to attract top talent across all levels. The role requires managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, building a robust talent pipeline, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Key Responsibilities

• Optimize recruitment workflows using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for efficiency and accuracy.
• Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance Zee Learns reputation as a preferred employer.
• Represent the organization at career fairs, industry events, and educational institutions.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate experience.
• Provide actionable insights based on recruitment data to improve hiring outcomes.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruitment team to meet organizational goals.
