Job Description


The Manager Talent Acquisition at Zee Learn Limited will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive hiring strategies to attract top talent across all levels. The role requires managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, building a robust talent pipeline, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. This position will work closely with leadership to align recruitment efforts with organizational objectives while strengthening Zee Learn's employer brand in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent across all levels and business units.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce needs and align hiring plans accordingly.
  • Source candidates through diverse channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, and campus drives.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and future hiring needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure clarity in job requirements and seamless recruitment processes.
  • Optimize recruitment workflows using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance Zee Learns reputation as a preferred employer.
  • Represent the organization at career fairs, industry events, and educational institutions.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate experience.
  • Provide actionable insights based on recruitment data to improve hiring outcomes.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruitment team to meet organizational goals.
  • Ensure a superior candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices to innovate hiring strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies in recruitment practices.

Skills and Qualities

  • Proven expertise in designing and executing talent acquisition strategies.
  • Proficiency in sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates effectively.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on recruitment metrics and process improvements.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • High level of integrity and adherence to ethical hiring practices.
