Job Description

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Field Sales Manager to join our SAP Cloud ERP sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, handling initial outreach through cold calling, managing customer relationships, and coordinating with internal technical teams for product demonstrations. The Field Sales Manager will also deliver first-level corporate presentations, manage territory sales strategies, and handle data management. A strong understanding of SAP Cloud ERP solutions is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold Calling and Lead Generation: Identify and contact potential clients through cold calling, emails, and networking to generate new business opportunities.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored SAP solutions.
  • Coordination with Technical Teams: Work closely with internal technical teams to coordinate and deliver product demonstrations, ensuring customer requirements are met.
  • Corporate Deck Presentation: Deliver first-level corporate presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits and capabilities of SAP Cloud ERP solutions.
  • Territory Management: Develop and implement territory sales strategies to maximize market penetration and achieve sales targets.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management in the CRM system.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on SAP Cloud ERP offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
  • Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology or software industry.
  • Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Cloud ERP solutions.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the ERP industry, specifically SAP products.
  • Understanding of territory sales management and data analytics.
