SAP Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive SAP solution sales and achieve revenue targets.

Identify and pursue business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure

Client Engagement and Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business requirements and recommending SAP solutions.

Negotiate contracts, provide consultative support, and ensure customer satisfaction

Collaboration:

Work closely with SAP consultants and technical teams to create customized proposals aligned with client needs.

Partner with marketing teams for sales campaigns and other promotional initiatives

Market and Product Knowledge:

Stay updated on SAP product offerings, new developments, and industry trends to provide the best solutions

Team Leadership (in managerial roles):

Lead and mentor sales teams to improve performance and achieve collective goals

Qualifications:

Educational Background: Bachelors degree in business administration, IT, Marketing, or related fields.

Experience: 510 years of relevant experience in SAP sales or business development. Prior exposure to SAP products, such as S/4HANA, CRM, or ERP solutions, is typically required

Skills:

Expertise in SAP solutions.

Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

Knowledge of sales forecasting, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and market analysis

Additional Skills:

Familiarity with SAP modules like Sales and Distribution (SD), Material Management (MM), or Finance (FI) can be beneficial.

Certifications in SAP or related platforms are often preferred.
