Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Intern to support our sales team with company data research, profiling, and lead generation. The intern will be responsible for finding relevant company information, organizing data into structured sheets, and assisting in the preparation of potential client profiles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and Data Gathering:
    • Identify and collect data on potential companies and clients through various online sources and databases.
    • Extract key information such as company size, industry, contact details, and decision-makers.
  • Data Profiling:
    • Organize the gathered data into comprehensive and well-structured sheets.
    • Ensure data accuracy and completeness, updating and maintaining the database regularly.
  • Lead Generation:
    • Assist the sales team in identifying new leads and opportunities by analyzing the data collected.
    • Support in creating and maintaining a list of prospective clients based on specific criteria.
  • Market Analysis:
    • Provide insights on industry trends and competitor analysis through the data gathered.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand the target market and tailor data collection accordingly.
    • Participate in team meetings and provide regular updates on the progress of data collection and profiling.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Skills and Competencies:
    • Strong research and analytical skills.
    • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data organization.
    • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and profiling.
    • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Additional Skills (Preferred):
    • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
    • Basic understanding of sales processes and lead generation techniques.
