Sap Crm Functional Consultant

The Functional/Technical Consultant should have minimum 5-8 years of SAP experience including 1-2 SAP Implementation/ Up‐ gradation experience in SAP ECC 6.0 EHP 7.0. The resource should be able to work and resolve the any issues related to CRM. The consultant should have adequate knowledge of other related modules.

Desirable: SAP certified

Responsibilities:

• Should have relevant SAP ISU-CRM experience
• Experience in Enhancements using User-Exits / BAPIs
• Experience in Interfaces with SAP and Non-SAP systems and ALE/IDOCs
• Should be able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong client-facing experience
• SAP CRM ABAP with Function modules, Reports, Data dictionary, Object-oriented ABAP programming, BADI- s, BAPI- s, ADOBE forms ,
• SAP CRM WEB UI with BOL Programming , GENIL , MVC architecture, UI configurations, Web UI screen enhancements, Transaction launcher, AET,
• Interfaces with RFC, ODATA, SPROXY, web services,
• ISU CRM with SAP CRM One Order framework, ISU data model (added advantage),
• ABAP- Good Knowledge of area under RICEFW Objects, Able to document and communicate Technical Details
• Incident and Problem Management
• P2 and P3 response and resolution as per SLA
• Service Request Management
• Service Change Management
• Good to have experience to work with Solution Manager.
• Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, verbal and written communication skills, Time Management Skills and proven Team Player.
• Good to have Experience across Electricity, Gas & Water Utilities industries
