Manager- Talent Acquisition

We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Talent Acquisition-Manager to join our team!
As a Talent Acquisition Manager you will be responsible for finding, recruiting, hiring and retaining talented candidates. You'll be in charge of planning, developing and implementing a new and productive Talent Acquisition strategy for our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• CXO and Leadership Hiring: Partner with founders and business heads to identify, attract, and hire top-tier talent for critical leadership roles.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership to align hiring strategies with organizational goals and business priorities.
• Strategic Talent Acquisition: Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies to address current and future talent needs.
• Employer Branding: Lead employer branding initiatives, fostering a strong talent pipeline and promoting the organization as an employer of choice.
• Candidate Experience: Develop processes to enhance candidate engagement and satisfaction throughout the hiring journey.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire the talent acquisition team to achieve operational excellence and meet hiring targets.
• Recruitment Metrics and Analysis: Monitor HR and recruiting KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and create data-driven reports to improve processes.
• Recruitment Engagement and Retention: Collaborate with HR to design and execute referral programs, retention strategies, and employee branding initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with significant exposure to CXO-level and leadership hiring.
• Expertise in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, selection, and employer branding techniques.
• Strong proficiency with HRIS, ATS, and recruitment marketing tools.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a high-performing recruitment team.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a results-oriented mindset.
• MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
