LiquiLoans - Assistant Vice President - Strategy (5-8 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- The company is looking at exploring multiple new lines of businesses and we need someone in this position to do the following:

- Research on market potential and competition.

- Prepare a GTM roadmap to achieve relevant business metrics.

- Setup and scale the business.

- Bring the business in a ready to handover position and handover the business to a business head for running the business further.

- Prepare a market landscape document with constant updation to understand the industry, the

competition and the areas of opportunity using all the relevant consulting frameworks.

- Create a project plan with detailing of phases, milestones, tasks, timelines and dependencies, define key metrics and keep tracking the metrics.

Skills & Experience we are looking for:

Someone who has setup and scaled a business line from scratch leading the 0 to 1 journey, either his own startup or for a start-up would be an ideal fit.

1. Ability to juggle between multiple tasks, with attention to detail without losing focus and being

extremely organized.

2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, anticipate issues, stay calm under pressure, ability to navigate and thrive in ambiguity.

3. Adapt seamlessly to changing workloads and priorities, adept at working independently with minimal support.

4. Develop high-quality materials and align with various cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring consistent follow-through, Ownership, and accountability.

5. Outline strategic choices and develop fact-backed solution themes/ recommendations.

6. Proactive and hands-on, with strong business acumen and drive and determination to succeed.

7. Willing to challenge current methods of work and to then identify, recommend and implement practical improvements.

8. Can decode open ended problem statements by breaking them down into smaller deliverables and milestones basis impact assessment.

9. Can create PnLs and business model projections.

10. Candidate who has an MBA in Finance / Marketing, has knowledge of Finance.

11. 5 to 8 years of experience. Consulting experience is a plus but not mandatory.
