Agri Trader

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, price fluctuations and emerging opportunities within the agricultural industry.

2.Develop and strengthen existing long-term customer relationships. Develop and grow existing key vendor and industry relationships, and new product sources, to ensure supply of quality product.

3. Research new potential markets. Coordinate with producers and MSMEs to purchase crops for domestic contracts and export.

4. Purchase correct grades of grains for domestic contracts and exports. Ensure delivery of products on time, to the stipulated destination. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on a continuous basis for facilitating transactions as per desired plans.

5. Monitor market risks and implement strategies to mitigate exposure to price volatility and other market uncertainties.

6. Stay updated on relevant regulations, trade policies and quality standards governing agricultural products.

7. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.

8. Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners to coordinate activities, resolve issues and capitalize on market opportunities.

9. Any other duties that the company may assign from time to time.
