Role & responsibilities
Education and Experience
l Bachelors degree or above from a commercial, business, or HR-related discipline.
l At least 10 to 15 years of progressive relevant experience in Recruitment Consulting Firms, the Technology services sector, or Startups. Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Head or similar role, with a track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.
l At least 5 years of Team Management experience in Talent Acquisition
l Ability to lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support in achieving recruitment goals.
l Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software tools for managing the recruitment process.
l Proficient in the use of social media, job boards, and Head Hunt top talents
l Must possess a strong understanding of technology and the IT Industry
l Strong experience in Selling Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills (English).
l Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.)
l Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
l Proven ability to build and maintain a strong network of industry professionals and passive candidates.
l Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
