Role & responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. • Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make recommendations to hiring managers. • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding. • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes. • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on interviewing techniques, candidate assessment, and talent acquisition best practices. • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment policies, procedures, and tools to streamline and optimize the hiring process. • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management on hiring progress, candidate pipeline, and other key performance indicators
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Consultant or in a similar role, with a focus on technology, staffing, and non-IT hiring. • Strong knowledge of recruitment methods, tools, and techniques, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media recruiting platforms. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence candidates and hiring managers. • Proficiency in English (additional language proficiency is a plus). • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information. • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
