Role & responsibilities

• Resolve Inbound International customer queries via calls.
• Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
• Handling billing queries.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers over phone.
• Min 6 Months of experience in International Customer Support (US/UK).
• Ability to work on rotating shifts including night shifts.
• Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
