Role & responsibilities -

1. Customer Support:
   
• Handle inbound calls of US customers.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and provide accurate information.

Preferred Candidate-

International voice experience is mandatory.

No Domestic experience will be considered.

Note-Immediate Joiner are Preferred.

Relevant experience of 6 months minimum on papers is mandatory.
