Eligibility

• HSC/Graduate candidates with minimum 6 months international voice or blended experience in a BPO.
• Ex-Employees can also apply, subject to eligibility.
• Age Limit- 18 To 42 Years
• Candidate should not have a gap of more than 1year in resume

AUSTRALIA AND US CUSTOMER CARE VOICE PROCESS -
VOICE EXPERIENCE- CANDIDATES WITH SALES / RETENTION / UPSELLING / TROUBLE-SHOOTING / TECH INBOUND & OUTBOUND / EXPERIENCE /BLENDED WOULD BE PREFFERED.

• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Need immediate Joiners.
• Rotational shifts - 5 days working & 2 week off
• Location - Yerwada, Pune, Maharashtra
• Process Details - AUSTRALIA VOICE and UK Voice process
• Salary details - Upto 5.5 lpa + performance based incentives
• TRANSPORT - Free cab facilities for both ways(Within boundary as well as Nodal Points)
