Infra Project Manager Location - Hyderabad Exp - 12 - 20 Yrs Job Purpose The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams, meet deadlines, and achieve project objectives. The Project Manager will work closely with stakeholders to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible with the client s business goals. Duration: 08:00am 04:00pm EST/EDT on Monday through Friday working weekdays Knowledge, Skills Abilities Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for IT Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, budgets, and timelines. Identify and assess project risks and establish risk mitigation strategies. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and requirements. Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project progress and performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Manage project changes, updates, and issues, ensuring that they are documented and resolved efficiently. Conduct regular status meetings and provide detailed project reports to stakeholders. Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and budget adherence. Allocate resources effectively to maximize productivity and project efficiency. Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met within budget constraints. Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns. Facilitate communication across departments to ensure successful project completion. Engage with clients to manage expectations and ensure their needs are met. Conduct project closure activities, including post-project reviews and lessons learned. Document project outcomes, including any final project reports. Evaluate project success and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for future projects. Requirements: Education: Bachelor s degree in business, Management, IT, or a related field. PMP or other project management certifications are a plus. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience in IT sector Skills: Strong project management skills, including planning, resource management, and risk management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana). Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies. Familiarity with financial planning and budget management. Experience in leading remote or cross-functional teams. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
