Job Description
- Minimum of 12 years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on Java technologies.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex software development projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong technical background in Java development and familiarity with related frameworks and technologies.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
- Lead and manage end-to-end software development projects using Java technologies.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
- Collaborate with the development team to define technical requirements, architecture, and implementation approaches.
- Track and report project status, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders.
- Conduct project retrospectives to identify lessons learned and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
