Job Title: Technical Project Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE (1-2 months initial training in Mumbai, India)
Employment Type: Full-Time (On Client s Payroll)

About the Role

Bizinso is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Project Manager to join our client s team in Dubai. This role involves managing and delivering complex software development projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and align with business goals. The selected candidate will undergo 1-2 months of training in Mumbai to understand the project requirements thoroughly before relocating to Dubai permanently.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution:
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Team Coordination:
  • Act as the primary liaison between the client, development teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication to ensure seamless collaboration across teams.
  • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance to team members.
• Technical Oversight:
  • Work closely with technical teams to understand and address project requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate potential technical risks and challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with technical standards and best practices.
• Reporting & Documentation:
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Stakeholder Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage expectations and provide updates on project progress and challenges.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in software development or IT projects.
• Strong technical background with a good understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, or Trello).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Experience working in multicultural and cross-functional teams is an advantage.
