Job Description
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, technical teams, and clients.
- Managing multiple projects involving diverse technologies (.NET, PHP, JAVA).
- Having experience in handling JAVA projects is an asset. .
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, with a keen eye on resource allocation and optimization.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional technical teams, assigning tasks and ensuring clear communication.
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively implementing mitigation strategies.
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, keeping them informed of project progress, technical challenges, and solutions.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, technical specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee project budgeting, financial tracking, and resource allocation.
- Conduct regular project reviews and post-project evaluations to extract lessons learned and promote continuous improvement.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project management and technical staff.
- Foster a culture of innovation, efficiency, and technical excellence within the project management team.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, as well as technical tools and platforms.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
