Responsibilities
Technical Leadership:
Lead a team of software engineers in the design, development, and deployment of software applications using the Android, React.JS & Node.js Stack.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
Collaborate with other technical leaders to develop and implement technical strategies and roadmaps.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
Identify opportunities for business and work closely with leadership to convert the opportunities into revenue

Technical Architecture:
Design and implement technical architectures for software applications (front end & Back end) using Android IDE and integrations of front end framework using react.js and server side using react.js.
Ensure that technical architectures align with company goals and objectives.
Collaborate with other technical leaders to develop and implement technical standards and best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, QA, and operations.
Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders, including product managers and executives.
Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, including project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Technical Project Manager : Experience with Android projects and integration tools like react.js and node.js
Experience of working on an OTT platform with android native devices
Strong understanding of software design patterns, principles, and best practices.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
