We are looking for a passionate Java Developer to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in driving project success.
Position Overview:
As a Sr Developer, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire software development lifecycle for Java-based applications. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, manage project deliverables, and ensure high-quality outcomes. Your expertise in Java development and leadership skills will be critical in guiding the team and driving best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (8+ years) in Java development, with a strong understanding of Java frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.).
- Must have good knowledge/experience in Spring Boot and Microservices.
- Prior experience in a leadership or mentoring role, guiding teams through software development processes.
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage stakeholders and team dynamics.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
- Experience with cloud technologies and microservices architecture is advantageous.
