Job Description

Oasys Tech Solution is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with a solid background in Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) to join our team for a significant project in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities:

SAP FICO Implementation : Lead and manage the implementation and support of the SAP FICO module, ensuring alignment with the client s financial processes and business requirements.

Financial Accounting (FI) : Manage and configure FI sub-modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with Indian accounting standards.

Controlling (CO) : Configure and manage CO sub-modules such as Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders, and Product Costing, providing insights for decision-making and financial performance management.

Integration : Ensure seamless integration between SAP FICO and other SAP modules like MM, SD, PS and HR, supporting end-to-end business processes.

Requirement Gathering : Work closely with the client to understand business needs, gather requirements, and translate them into SAP FICO functional specifications.

Customization and Enhancements : Design and implement custom solutions, enhancements, and reports to meet specific business needs and improve process efficiency.

Testing and Documentation : Conduct comprehensive testing of configurations and customizations, document test cases, results, and provide user training and support materials.

Support and Troubleshooting : Provide ongoing support for SAP FICO-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on financial operations.

Stakeholder Communication : Act as the key liaison between the client and the internal team, ensuring clear communication, project updates, and issue resolution.

Requirements:

Experience : Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO, with a strong focus on both FI and CO modules.

Technical Skills : Expertise in SAP FICO configuration, including knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules and experience with Indian financial and tax regulations.

Domain Knowledge : In-depth understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and controlling practices, particularly in the Indian context, with experience in public sector or similar industries being an advantage.
