Senior Project Manager

• We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Project Manager to join our dynamicteam working on SAAS software development
• The ideal candidate will play a pivotalrole in managing the end-to-end product life cycle, collaborating closely withProduct Managers, Development Leads, Quality Assurance, and Release Managementteams

Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in Product Life-Cycle Management (PLCM) processes,collaborating closely with Product Managers, Development Leads, QualityAssurance, and Release Management teams
• Serve as an Agile Scrum Master with a minimum of 4 years of experience inguiding product development teams through Agile methodologies
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of Industry Standard SoftwareDevelopment Life Cycle (SDLC) and Project Management processes
• Assume the role of Project Manager for all assigned product developmentprojects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and quality standardsthrough effective planning and coordination with Engineering Leads andProduct Managers
• Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly reports for top management review,highlighting project progress, milestones achieved, and any potential risks orissues
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks to minimize timeline overruns andensure successful project delivery
• Possess expert-level proficiency in Jira as a user and administrator, leveragingthe platform to facilitate project planning, tracking, and collaboration
• Mandatory certification as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), with preferencegiven to candidates holding additional certifications such as ProjectManagement Professional (PMP) and SAFe Agilist

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT , BusinessAdministration, or related field
• Proven experience (minimum 4 Yrs) as a Project Manager in softwaredevelopment environments, particularly in SAAS Product developmentecosystem
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectivelycollaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen attentionto detail
• Demonstrated proficiency in project planning, resource allocation, and riskmanagement
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive projects tosuccessful completion
