Key Responsibilities:-

Content Management -

1. Oversee the creation, organization, and maintenance of website content using WordPress Content Management System (CMS).
2. Ensure content aligns with the company's brand guidelines, SEO best practices, and target audience needs.
3. Schedule regular updates and audits of website content to maintain accuracy and relevance.

Website Optimization -

1. Implement SEO strategies, including keyword optimization, metadata management, and internal linking.
2. Monitor website performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance user experience and site speed.

Collaboration and Coordination -

1. Work closely with design, marketing, and development teams to ensure cohesive website functionality and aesthetics.
2. Coordinate with content creators, editors, and external vendors to manage content updates effectively.

Troubleshooting and Technical Maintenance:

1. Identify and resolve content-related technical issues, such as broken links or formatting errors.
2. Liaise with the IT or development team for advanced troubleshooting and CMS updates.

Compliance and Security:

1. Ensure website content complies with legal standards, including copyright, accessibility, and data privacy regulations.
2. Maintain security best practices for content management and user data protection.

Key Skills Required:-

• Proficiency in WordPress CMS, including themes, plugins, and basic HTML/CSS for customization.
• Strong understanding of WordPress technical architecture and how website technical stacks are set up.
• Familiarity with content optimization for mobile and responsive web design.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating and reviewing website content.
• Detail-oriented mindset to ensure content accuracy and consistency.
• Creative problem-solving skills to address content challenges and enhance user engagement.
