Job Description

As a Project Manager at Cloud Sparkle Technologies, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of various projects across IT infrastructure, cloud services, and training programs. Working independently, you will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients, manage project timelines and budgets, and ensure that deliverables meet quality standards. This role requires a proactive leader who can anticipate challenges, make quick decisions, and continuously refine project processes to achieve better outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Scope Management
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and clients.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk assessment, and contingency planning.
- Regularly update project documentation, including scopes, goals, schedules, and risk assessments.
Stakeholder and Client Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed of project progress, timelines, and any changes.
- Facilitate regular client and stakeholder meetings, providing transparent status updates and aligning on deliverables.
- Manage client expectations proactively, ensuring satisfaction and strong, long-term relationships.
Team Coordination and Leadership
- Coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams, including developers, trainers, sales, and support staff, to ensure alignment and productivity.
- Foster a collaborative work environment by promoting open communication and empowering team members to achieve project goals.
- Address team questions and obstacles, and provide hands-on support as needed to maintain project momentum.
Budget and Resource Management
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and costs are controlled.
- Track expenditures, monitor budget adherence, and report on financial performance for each project.
- Propose resource reallocation or additional budget requests if necessary to achieve project milestones.
Risk Management and Problem-Solving
- Identify potential risks and challenges early, developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
- Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during projects, making data-driven decisions to keep projects on track.
- Take a proactive approach to anticipate project challenges and provide creative, practical solutions.
Quality Assurance and Delivery
- Ensure that project deliverables meet Cloud Sparkle Technologies standards for quality and accuracy.
- Conduct final quality checks and work with team members to ensure deliverables align with client expectations.
- Facilitate handover and project completion processes, including gathering feedback and conducting post-project reviews.
Continuous Improvement and Process Development
- Continuously assess and refine project management methodologies, identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Develop project management templates, tools, and best practices that support a lean and effective startup culture.
- Share knowledge and mentor junior staff members, contributing to a culture of growth and learning.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, IT, or a related field (equivalent experience may also be considered).
3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in IT, infrastructure, or training industries.
Proven track record of successfully managing projects independently in a startup or fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, or similar) is highly desirable.
Familiarity with IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, or digital training.
Proficiency in budget management, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement.
Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, processes, and technologies.
