Job Description

As a Corporate Trainer specializing in Cloud at Cloud Sparkle Technologies, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and managing cloud training programs for our corporate clients and internal staff. You ll work with minimal supervision to create content, conduct live training sessions, and guide learners to a proficient level in cloud technology domains such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Your role will be pivotal in driving the success of our cloud training initiatives in a startup culture that emphasizes continuous learning and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Program Design and Development
- Design and develop comprehensive training programs on cloud technologies, including AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud.
- Prepare and maintain course materials, presentations, manuals, and exercises that cover both fundamental and advanced cloud concepts.
- Customize training content to meet the unique needs of each client or audience, focusing on practical, real-world applications.
Conduct Training Sessions
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions for corporate clients, either in-person or virtually, as per client requirements.
- Train participants on essential cloud services, best practices, security protocols, and cloud architecture.
- Provide hands-on labs, case studies, and exercises to reinforce concepts and enable practical learning.
Assessments and Certification Guidance
- Create and administer quizzes, assignments, and assessments to gauge participant understanding and skill development.
- Guide and prepare participants for industry-recognized certifications in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals).
- Provide individualized feedback and mentoring to support trainees in achieving certification and expertise.
Client Interaction and Customization
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and tailor training modules accordingly.
- Act as a point of contact for training-related queries, helping clients and trainees navigate the learning process.
- Conduct follow-up sessions and provide additional support as needed to reinforce learning outcomes.
Continuous Improvement and Content Update
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, features, and updates in cloud technology.
- Regularly update training materials to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with industry standards.
- Actively seek and implement feedback from participants to enhance the quality and effectiveness of training sessions.
Data Tracking and Reporting
- Track training attendance, engagement, and performance data to assess program success and make data-driven improvements.
- Prepare regular reports on training outcomes, participant feedback, and potential areas of improvement.
- Utilize metrics and analytics to refine training methods and materials continually.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (equivalent experience may also be considered).
3+ years of experience in cloud training, cloud consulting, or a related field with hands-on experience in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Professional certification in one or more cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Administrator) is highly desirable.
Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and adapt to the dynamic environment of a startup.

Preferred Skills:

Proficiency in multiple cloud platforms and tools, including scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
Experience with DevOps concepts, containers, or serverless architectures is a plus.
Familiarity with virtual training tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client training schedules.
