Job Overview
The HR Technology and Integration (T&I) organization, as part of the HR team's digital transformation, plays a pivotal role in enhancing Payroll and Time & Attendance processes by establishing post go-live support processes, collaborating with business process leads to implement best practices, and driving continuous systems and process improvements.
We are looking for a resource who will serve as the product owner, managing these initiatives end-to-end to ensure successful implementation and sustained operational excellence.
Bachelors degree (or equivalent) required; an advanced degree is preferred.
A minimum of 7+ years of experience in time and attendance management preferably with ADP (GlobalView), ADP WFM.
Lead and manage the relationship with business leaders for Payroll-related applications and Time & Attendance systems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities
Collaborate closely with HR and Payroll teams to gather business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications for Payroll and Time & Attendance modules.
Prioritize and oversee the customization and configuration of Time & Attendance modules, including designing and implementing time and leave policies, accruals, carryovers, and other business rules, ensuring they meet organizational needs.
Drive the delivery of system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing for Time & Attendance modules, ensuring accurate functionality and successful deployment.
Provide hands-on technical support, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Time & Attendance modules, and ensuring timely solutions for end-users.
Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration between Payroll, Time & Attendance, and HR systems, driving efficiency and data consistency across platforms.
Stay hands-on and up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in ADP (GlobalView), ADP WFM and related technologies, ensuring that the team leverages cutting-edge solutions.
Experience building reports using Tableau, ADP (GlobalView), ADP WFM or related reporting tools
Skills Required
Bachelors degree (or equivalent); advanced degree preferred.
7+ years of experience configuring and implementing Payroll and Time & Attendance modules
Has experience playing a lead role in implementation and support projects
Strong Techno functional knowledge of the payroll processing and Time & Attendance modules
Proficiency in payroll processes, payroll clusters, off-cycle payments, 3rd party remittance, benefits, and process models.
Experience in time recording, management & evaluation desired (ADP (GlobalView), ADP WFM or equivalent. SAP Workforce Software, Kronos nice to have
Ability to communicate recommendations and solutions to non-technical clients and end users.
Experience building and executing test scripts for HR information system upgrades and enhancements.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

Global Product Owner for Payroll and Time & Attendance
Responsible for ADP (GlobalView), ADP WFM and oversight of SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (SF-ECP), Workforce Software Time & Attendance
Provides expertise in the design, development and implementation of our Global HRIS system & applications.
Manage requirements review, configuration, testing, data migration, cut over and post go live support
Partner closely with our HR Services & Solutions team & local country payroll teams to provide product knowledge & solutions.
Streamline & continuously improve system configuration for Payroll & Time
Researches solutions to support HR programs and processes.
