Position Title: Analyst, Technology Quality Assurance

Location: Hyderabad.

Positions Description:
The focus of this position is to perform end-to-end tests for UKG Pro WFM (Time and Attendance), Kronos WFC timekeeping and scheduling application. This includes the identification of Functional, Technical and Integration related defects as well as the effective documentation of defects to expedite resolution.

What you'll do on a typical day:

• Review project deliverables, including requirement specifications, functional design documents and technical design documents.
• Create Test cases and Test Plan needed for requirements and Execute Test cases.
• Define and manage test data required for testing activities, ensuring data integrity and privacy.
• Clearly documents defects, and retest fixes in a timely manner.
• Maintain test evidence and test artifacts for audit compliance.
• Delivers day-to-day assignments with a high level of quality and attention to detail.
• Provide status and review key deliverables to manager for review before publishing.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of testing experience in Kronos application.
• Proven experience as a Test Analyst or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of software testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in test case design, test execution, defect management, and test reporting.
• Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems like JIRA.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Experience working with functional and technical teams spread across the geographies.
• Hands-on experience with the UKG Pro WFM Time and Attendance Module, including advanced pay rules config testing.
