Job Overview:

- TE Connectivity's Business Intelligence Teams are responsible for the processing, mining and delivery of data to their customer community through repositories, tools and services.

- The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will Design, Develop and Maintain Business Intelligence Solutions and SharePoint environments, enabling data-driven decision making.

- This role involves dashboard automation, advanced data integration and SharePoint Site development and administration for Sensors BU.

- The position also emphasizes process automation, continuous improvement and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions aligned with business needs.

- To ensure seamless data integration, efficient reporting and optimized SharePoint environments that support strategic goals while enhancing operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities:

SharePoint Site Development and Administration:

- Create and manage SharePoint environments, including system configurations, site administrations and access control

- Design and Implement solutions SharePoint Sites, libraries, lists and Workflows to streamline business processes to develop a Digital Command Center Solution which would be a Goto page for all KPI's Metrics and other dashboards and reports.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver SharePoint solutions tailored to business needs

- Monitor system health, troubleshoot performance or functionality issues and ensure seamless system operations

- Implement governance practices and ensure data security compliance

- Data Extraction, Integration, And Analysis

- Develop SQL queries, stored procedures and views to extract and transform data from various databases and systems

- Utilize Power Query, Python, Or VBA scripts to extract, transform and load (ETL) data from diverse data sources, including ERP systems, data warehouses and flat files.

- Design and maintain data integration workflows using tools like Informatica, Microsoft SSIS, Power Automate,

- Create and manage robust data models, data warehouses and data marts to support advanced analytics.

- Tableau Dashboard Development And Report Automation

- Design, develop and maintain Interactive Tableau dashboards to visualize key business actionable insights

- Automate data extraction, transformation and reporting processes using Tableau Prep and Scripting languages (Python, VBA, or R)

- Optimize dashboard performance and ensure alignment with business goals and user requirements.

- Process Automation And Continuous Improvements

- Automate repetitive tasks and workflows using tools like Power Automate, Python, or VBA

- Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement or optimization

- Develop end-to-end solutions for business process automation, integrating tools and platforms to enhance efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science engineering or information science or equivalent) or related technical field

- Overall Experience of about 8 to 10 years in Business Intelligence, SharePoint and Data Analysis,

- Strong expertise in SharePoint site development, workflows, lists, libraries and system administration

- Proficiency in SharePoint Site, Python, Power Query, Dynamic SQL Query, MYSQL, stored procedures, database optimization, Tableau, Familiarity with Cloud-based BI tools (Azure Synapse, AWS QuickSight) is a plus

- Hands on experience with ETL tools, data modeling.

- Strong aptitude to Problem Solving, Self-Motivated and Organized with the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment and Exposure to Product Development environment is an added advantage

- Knowledge of AI Driven Solutions, Machine Learning and Predictive Analytics is preferred
