- Develop innovative and effective dynamic sealing solutions for specific applications.
- Utilize engineering principles to design seals that meet performance, durability, and environmental requirements.

- Prepare detailed engineering documentation, including drawings, specifications, and test reports.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to management and cross-functional teams.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in dynamic sealing technology.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in sealing system designs and processes.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to dynamic sealing.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes related to dynamic sealing components.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
