Role: Senior Manager Retention - Health Agency

Job location: Goregaon East

Role & responsibilities:

1. Responsible for end-to-end health and IPA renewals for Health Agency ,
2. Co-ordinating and driving producers for 90% NOP retention and extending all required support for conversions on renewals ,
3. Regular interaction and Reviews with Sales team on opportunity areas and pushing closures through sales
4. Co-ordinating with Call Centre team Lead generation and closures through CC,
5. Upsell to existing customers (SI / Product / Tenure upgrade),
6. Driving digital / Zero Touch conversions,
7. Tracking conversions of low base producers,
8. Top partners / brokers management ,

Preferred skills and experience:

• Minimum 4-5 years experience
• Health or GI Sales background with very strong track record,
• Preferably from Health Agency Sales background,
• Call Center sales background can also be considered,
• Command on MS Office / Excel skills
