Agency Sales Manager - BFSI (2-5 yrs)

Job Description:

We're looking for an experienced Agency Sales Manager to lead sales efforts in driving business growth within our agency. You'll develop strategies, generate new leads, manage client relationships, and lead a sales team to meet targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the client base.

- Generate new leads through prospecting and networking.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Deliver sales presentations and close deals.

Qualifications:

- Graduation is mandatory.

- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in an agency environment.
